A quote often attributed to former General Electric CEO, Jack Welch is " If you're the smartest person in the room, you're in the wrong room." The truth I've learned is - if you think you're the smartest person in a room, you have a lot to learn. There is always someone who is smarter about something than you are. You are smart about the things you're smart about, remain curious about the rest. We can all be brilliant.
